Membership Requirements

To be part of our Partner network, companies must meet the following criteria:

  • Operate legally in the tourism sector in their country of origin.

  • Maintain a clear pricing, cancellation and refund policy.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Affiliation Process

  1. Complete the application form on our website.
  2. Our team will review the information and contact you within 15 business days.
  3. Once the application is approved, a collaboration agreement will be signed and the products/services will be integrated into the e-commerce.

Partner Responsibilities

  • Keep the information of your products/services always up to date.
  • Comply with the agreed commercial and quality conditions.
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer requests and reservations.

Termination of the Collaboration
